SHIPPING POLICY

Being a parent is hard. We want to make getting baby stuff easy. So shipping is on us, both ways. We will provide tracking for your trybaby box, so you know when to expect delivery.(If only we knew when to expect the delivery of other little bundles of joy…) When your trybaby box arrives, you will find a pre-paid return label inside. After trying, put any items back in your trybaby box, stick on the return label, and send back to us.

RETURN POLICY

After receiving your little bundle of trybaby joy, you and baby have 14 days to work together to test your items. On or before the end of the 14 days, please email hello@trybabyco.com to notify us if you plan to return any items. If by Day 21, trybaby has not received notification or your returned items in the mail, you will be charged for the full retail value of the box.

HOW IS EACH BOX CURATED?

We read reviews, spoke with moms, and learned from our own experience to determine what products we believe represent the best of the category. We chose products in gender neutral colors, in a variety of styles and materials, so that you and baby can decide which works best for you. For example, in the binky box we selected natural rubber and silicone pacifiers, and one-piece and two-piece designs. We carefully selected brands that are known and loved, and offer a mix of timeless classics and up-and-coming trends. We would love your feedback and ideas on products you’d like to see in future trybaby boxes!

WHATS INCLUDED IN MY BOX PRICE?

The upfront price of your box includes shipping both ways and the opportunity to try all the items. For the swaddle and carry box, the upfront price of your box goes toward any items you decide to keep, and you simply pay the balance. If you decide to return all items, you are not refunded the upfront price of the box. For the binky box, the upfront price includes the full retail value of all pacifiers inside, since they are all yours to keep.

CAN I TRY ALL THE ITEMS?

Try means take off tags, touch, wash, and use with your baby to see what works best for them. This road test is so important for the swaddle box and carry box, since every baby and parent may like a different style. For the binky box, try means offer each pacifier to baby and see which they take to and is most soothing for them. After trying, you know which you and baby love, and can come back to trybaby to purchase your favorites again.
